Colombia is a country at the northern tip of South America. It’s landscape is marked by rainforests, Andes mountains and numerous coffee plantations. In the high-altitude capital, Bogotá, the Zona Rosa district is known for its restaurants and shops. Cartagena, on the Caribbean coast, has a walled colonial Old Town, a 16th-century castle and nearby coral reefs.

DAY 1
Welcoming at the airport by your local guide and transfer to your lovely colonial-style hotel located in the historic center of Bogotá (Car Transportation – 40min – 14.8km). After checking-in at the hotel, enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the Emerald Spa where you will have 60 to 90 minutes of spa treatments.
You can choose in the menu which massage you prefer, from a relaxing massage with hot stones to a 4-hand massage. There are plenty of options.
Dinner at your hotel.
DAY 2
This morning, departure to the beautiful colonial town Villa de Leyva (Car Transportation – 180min – 161.0km)
In the afternoon, you will go on a 2 hour quad-bike tour in the desert surrounding Villa de Leyva
DAY 3
This morning, your guide takes you on this challenging cycling tour to different locations (Periquera waterfalls, Gachantivá old road, Pozo la Vieja and Alto de los migueles)
Time: 5 – 6h approx. – Local English speaking guide – Difficulty: Fit
DAY 4
This morning: Rappelling at the spectacular waterfalls of Juan Curi in the town of Páramo Santander with a breathtaking view from a 70 mtrs height. Experience the adrenaline of the descent under the refreshing waterfall. You will be accompanied by an expert guide.
In the afternoon: Caving, underground exploration of the well-known “Cueva de la Vaca” located in the town of Curiti. With a tour of approximately 2 hours, accompanied by a guide specialized in the activity. The guide will give you technical details about the rock formation, among others….
DAY 5
Very early departure for a very active day! You will enjoy a „Trekking “activity for the first 3 hours which is a multi-activity, starting with a walk into the mountain, canopy, canyoning. It will be an extreme start for the day!!
You will then go to the Vázquez Bridge (1h transport) for a rafting experience!
Distribution of the equipment and safety briefing. 2 hours of activity on the river through famous rapids (el despertador, laberinto 1 & 2 and laberinto sorpresa). 15 km distance will be covered for 2 hours in level III-IV-V.
DAY 6
Departure in direction of Bucaramanga airport. On your way, you will stop at the Chicamocha National Park to enjoy a paragliding experience.
At the Chicamocha National Park, in the town of Aratoca, 50 minutes from San Gil, enjoy the breath-taking views of the Canyon.
Tandem paragliding flight with a certified pilot. It starts at the top of the majestic Canyon where the flight conditions are excellent to climb in hot air currents, enjoying a unique scenery in Colombia. Activity: from 7am to 9am (depending on weather conditions) Flight time: 25 to 30 minutes (depending on wind conditions) Difficulty: intermediate
Paragliding: 30min – Local Spanish or English speaking guide, depending on availability
PARAGLIDING OVER THE CHICAMOCHA CANYON
Recommendations: – Adequate clothing: pants, t-shirt, appropriate footwear – No previous experience required – Minimum weight: 55Kg – To be in good health – Sunscreen – Mosquito repellent – Sunglasses
After that, you will continue in direction of Bucaramanga airport (car transportation – 4 hrs – 120.0km)
DAY 7
Follow the footsteps of famous pirates and discover the “Pearl of the Caribbean”, a city rich in culture, diversity, exotic and heritage. This tour of the beautiful city of Cartagena will bring you back to colonial times, among colorful houses.
Walking tour in the colonial neighborhoods of San Diego and Santo Domingo. You will pass by: Plaza de los Coches, plaza de la Aduana, parque Bolívar, el Museo del Oro, plaza de Santa Teresa, plaza de Santo Domingo, las murallas y Las Bóvedas.

Lunch in a typical restaurant within the heart of the historical center and free afternoon.
Cali is the capital of Salsa. Nonetheless, Cartagena is a hotbed of Afro Caribbean music. Not to be missed for all Latin music lovers!
The dance academy is located is the Cartagena’s historical center. This Lugar is perfect to all types of salsa level. You will be amazed by the creativity and the enthusiasm of the teachers. The academy as a bar, ideal spot to meet and share with local people after the class.
DAY 8
Free day in Cartagena to enjoy the city the way you would like! Visiting more places, have a relaxing day, or go shopping.
Discover the Bay of Cartagena and watch the city lights at sunset. Sail in the late afternoon on the Bay of Cartagena and enjoy a delightful sunset surrounded by a unique scenery. You have your own private sailboat for an unforgettable experience of pleasure and luxury.
DAY 9
After breakfast, transfer to the pier of Cartagena. (Car Transportation – 10min – 4.0km)
Time to relax during this beautiful day onboard a catamaran. Bocachica, el Cholon, Rosario Islands or San Bernardo islands? The captain will take you wherever you feel like going. Such an amazing experience!
DAY 10
Car Transfer to Cartagena airport – (20min – 5.0km)
National flight Cartagena – Bogotá.
